Alex Saenz Course – Wholesaling Houses Review 2019

If you had a little money, would you know how to turn it into a lot of money?  

I sure didn’t.

When I came into what was for our family—more than we’d ever seen before at once.  We didn’t want to squander it on luxuries. But we didn’t want to just put it away in a bank account either.  

Should we play the stock market?  In all honesty, we didn’t really know how.

What about starting a business?  A restaurant maybe? Or how about investing in something that…we didn’t even know what to invest in or how.

What do you do when you have the kind of money you’ve never had before and want to do something smart with it? 

Investing it in real estate is one thing most people recognize as a smart choice.

Today, I’ll be reviewing Saenz’s course, providing the low down on RE / wholesaling houses.

While we are on the subject of making good money (I’m at 50k / month currently), I will compare it to my main passive income stream: Digital real estate.. and selling leads to local businesses via business lead generation.

It’s a digital world nowadays, after all! So let’s examine both.

Who is Alex Saenz?

For starters, Alex is young.  Younger than us. He’s only a few years older than my kids.  Yet he knows what’s up.

Saenz started out early as a young entrepreneur.  He was an almost instant success, making increasingly lucrative deals as he went along.

Alex is a business owner, consultant, sought-after speaker, mentor, and boss with more than a dozen full-time people in his employ.  

He is the owner of Home Equity Pros, and the developer of Wholesaling Houses—the program that changed everything for my family.

What is “Wholesaling Houses?”  Why do I need it?

At its most basic, it’s a six-week real estate course.  Sounds simple, right?

What Alex Saenz offers isn’t a review of stuff you could read in a book.  If you’ve already read up on rules, laws, regulations, and local ordinances governing real estate where you live—don’t think you’ve learned even a fraction of what you’d get out of this class.

How do you learn best?

If it’s through reading, you’ll be glad of all the helpful pdfs.

If you’re a visual or audio person—you’ll love the videos.  They’re loaded with great info.

The lessons here aren’t just about what one needs to do to be successful.  It’s also about knowing how to find the right people to partner up with.  

Some of the subjects I found most useful were related to the relationship between wholesaling and real estate.  But the stuff on finding buyers was solid gold.

I learned a lot of things that can be applied to any business, like some contract basics and marketing tips.  Who knows if I’ll want to stay in real estate forever.

What I can tell you is this:

When I actually made my first sale, at a healthy profit, I was thrilled.

And in a bit of disbelief.  I thought selling houses or property for a profit was something for the super-rich, that top 1% of the population who can do anything.

But no, it’s for anyone.

It has to be—because it worked for me.  

I Gained a lot from Learning Real Estate, But Learning this was a Game Changer

What I’m talking about is business lead generation.

Kind of a mouthful, huh?

But, I promise it’s much more simple than it sounds

Businesses need to make deals to keep themselves open.

The problem here, is that they struggle finding clients to make these deals with.

So, with the skills I’ve learned I built them a website that gets leads and simply forward those leads to them.

And I get paid doing it.

So how does this compare with house wholesaling?

Cons of Wholesaling houses

  • High upfront costs
  • Inconsistent income
  • Difficult finding houses for good prices
  • Difficulty finding buyers
  • Have to know what potential buyers want

Why Business Lead Gen Is For Me

  • Reliable monthly income
  • In the right area you won’t have much competition
  • You own and control the website (Less risk!)
  • Basically sells itself
  • Less upfront costs

The site takes up two spots on top of the search results. This make the site valuable.

It’ll take time, but once it’s there, no more maintenance required!

It transforms into pure passive income.

That’s the beauty of it.

What I think is almost as great is that I own all these websites.

I’m free to control anything and if someone drops me, I keep the website and its place in the search results.

And don’t think for a second that you’ll be alone.
